MARK EXHAM - DIRECTOR - FINANCE/MORTGAGE BROKER
Mark began working in the Finance/Mortgage industry in 2003, becoming a full-time finance broker in 2007. After gaining significant experience working for 3 Perth-based finance companies, Monark Finance Brokers was launched in late 2013.
Mark genuinely enjoys helping clients achieve their goals. He is knowledgeable in all forms of residential finance including home loans, first home buyer finance, refinancing, and in particular investment property finance. He also has experience in commercial/business finance.
Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids.
JENNY RUSTEAN - LODGEMENTS OFFICER
Jenny has almost 20 years working in the Finance Industry, working directly for a major bank, and for the last 9 years working in the Mortgage/Finance Broking industry. There is not a lot she hasn’t seen over the years!
Jenny's focus is to make the application process as simple as possible, achieving the best result for our clients, as quickly as the banks allow. She always aims for the highest level of service and hopes to have a laugh along the way.
When Jenny is not dealing with banks, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading and having the odd glass of gin and tonic!
DOLINDA RAFFAELE - APPLICATION SUPPORT OFFICER
Dolinda has worked in the finance industry since 1988. She started at Bankwest and spent 14 years rising through the ranks. becoming a customer service manager at the Mt Lawley, Malaga and Morley branches.
She joined Suncorp in 2003 and was part of the team that was the first retail store in WA. She became a Business Development Managerin 2006, going on to win the Choice WA BDM of the year award for 2007 and 2008.
She left the corporate world at the end of 2008 to start a family, and in 2014 joined Monark Finance Brokers, assisting the brokers with their administration needs and followup of loan applications. .
