So you’re past voting age. But not ready to be a ripe old age.

It’s that 'in between' age when you don’t want to look your age. Or act your age for that matter!

It’s about being in the prime of your life. Ageless.

Well, we agree.

If a next home is the next chapter in your book of life, we’d love to help.

Organising finance for your next home has similarities with a first home buyer, but it’s likely things have changed since buying the home you’re now in. Our role at Monark Finance Brokers is to guide you through each stage of the process, bringing informed options to you, allowing you to make the best decisions.

If you have an existing loan, we’ll look at your current lender and at the same time see how they compare to other available options. One option could be refinancing, and we’ll discuss this with you if it’s clearly beneficial for you.

“We understand that buying your next home is an opportunity to clarify how you want to live, to prioritise the environment you want to be in, the kinds of places you want to go. We get it’s about being inspired, and making it a reality.” Mark Exham – Director.

Communication is key to understanding, and it is with that in mind that we maintain constant communication with you throughout the process. We’ll also liaise and communicate with the real estate agent and the settlement agent, ensuring all parties are kept in the loop and finance approval is obtained within the required timeframe.

If you’re at the beginning stages of this process, feel free to get in touch. We are happy and willing to conduct an initial finance qualification to ensure you have the income and equity/savings necessary.

Everything starts as someone’s dream. Together, let’s make it real.

Our experience with Monark was fantastic. From day one they understood what we wanted to do and when our circumstances changed half way through, they were able to work out another avenue which turned out even better. I would highly recommend Monark Finance Brokers to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future
